Meet your coach, Katie
Hello my name is Katie; I know what it’s like to rebuild from the ground up. With a background in the police service, health and wellbeing roles, and volunteer support work, I’ve spent years helping people through crisis and change. I have a Diploma in Life Coaching and Psychology and accredited by CMA.
I also bring lived experience of trauma, recovery and rebuilding identity. That perspective shapes the way I coach - grounded, practical and non-judgemental.
I don’t believe in quick fixes. I believe in steady growth, clear goals and building resilience that lasts. I have particular experience supporting people with relationship difficulties (including domestic abuse), ADHD-related struggles, feeling stuck or unmotivated, personality disorders, and drug or alcohol addiction.
How I Work
Coaching with me is a partnership of equals. I will not fix you. You are not broken. But I will challenge you. Help you see patterns. And hold you accountable to the version of yourself you are building.
Sessions are structured, focused and practical — but always human. I have particular experience supporting people with relationship difficulties (including domestic abuse), ADHD-related struggles, feeling stuck or unmotivated, personality disorders, and drug or alcohol addiction.
Areas of Focus: Resilience, Recovery transition, and Personality disorders.
